One-third of Americans expressed support for a third presidential campaign from Trump. Meanwhile, just 34% of the country showed favor for a second Biden campaign. 8% of voters are uncertain about whether they think Trump should run again. In Biden’s case, the number of Americans uncertain about whether he should seek re-election rests at 15%.

An abundance of possibilities in 2024

A lot can happen between now and the 2024 presidential election. With that said, the possibilities are endless.

If Biden does not seek another term in office, then this could clear the way for Vice President Kamala Harris to run for president again; although, polling is not in her favor. Harris doesn’t have strong support across the country; meanwhile, a considerable amount of the nation views her as unfit for presidential duties.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis could also make a White House run in 2024. DeSantis’ political experience, rising stardom within the GOP, and ability to appeal to a broad range of voters could work in Republicans’ favor in 2024.
