According to the child sex trafficker, her legal problems emerged as a “proxy” for the crimes her longtime pal Epstein committed. This is the same talking point that Maxwell’s legal counsel provided during her trial.

Other talking points from Maxwell’s attorneys allege that the prosecution dragged its feet past the statute of limitations in bringing charges against her. Likewise, the convicted child sex trafficker accuses at least one of the jurors who served on her case of bias.

More from Maxwell’s legal team asserts her living conditions in jail sabotaged her ability to partake in her defense during the trial.

Grasping at straws?

At this point, the likelihood of Maxwell seeing her conviction overturned remains slim to none. These claims she’s submitted before a US appeals court lack both originality and alignment with the facts of her case.

In spite of this, Maxwell may continue to appeal for as long as she is able to.

Finally, since her incarceration, Maxwell has claimed a photo with herself, a 17-year-old Virginia Giuffre, and Prince Andrew is not legitimate, along with making other wild declarations.
