The cases are In re: College Athlete NIL Litigation, case number 4:20-cv-03919, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California; Pennsylvania State University v. Vintage Brand LLC, case number 4:21-CV-01091, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania; and Stewart et al. v. Florida High School Athletic Association Inc. et al., case number 2022-427-CA-01, in the Circuit Court for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
