Romania Denies Andrew Tate Bail Amid Human Trafficking Probe

As Romanian authorities can keep Tate detained ahead of filing charges for up to six months, the country’s anti-organized crime division may well petition the court to approve another lengthening of his detainment as investigations remain ongoing.

Later this week, Tate is expected to make yet another appearance before court. This time, he will seek a reversal of the decision to continue holding him through late April.

Though judging from every single failed appeal Tate’s made since his arrest on December 29, this latest one isn’t very likely to go anywhere.

Like Andrew Tate, his female associates (Georgiana Nagel and Luana Radu) and younger brother, Tristan, will also remain incarcerated at least until the 21st of April.

For a short time, Nagel and Radu received house arrest. Though Romanian prosecutors successfully appealed to have them sent back to jail.

More to come

In the weeks ahead, the world can expect to learn more about the fate of the Tate brothers and the women associated with them, who also remain under investigation for human trafficking.
