In 2012, TA Sciences paid for a segment of The Suzanne Show. The Suzanne Show was supposed to be an independent, educational show, but was essentially paid advertising for TA Sciences during that time. TA Sciences allegedly gave away free bottles, worth up to $4,000, to “consumers” in exchange for an endorsement.

In short, TA Sciences has never performed or published independent results of scientific testing done on those specific products.

FTC Wants to Stop TA Sciences from Misleading the Public

The FTC has asked the federal court to issue an order that prevents TA Sciences from continuing to mislead the public about their products and their benefits, performance, efficacy, safety, or side effects if they cannot present competent and reliable scientific evidence. Under the order, the defendant would be specifically prevented from mentioning that their products are proven to reverse aging, prevent or repair DNA damage, restore aging immune systems, or increasing bone density.
