Kushner pleaded guilty to 16 counts of tax evasion, one count of lying to the Federal Election Commission, and one interesting count of retaliating against a federal witness.

The federal witness he retaliated against was his brother-in-law who testified against him during his trial.

Kushner hired a prostitute to seduce him, bring him to a hotel room where they engaged in sexual relations as a video filmed the encounter and then sent the video to Kushner’s sister and Schulder’s wife, Esther.

He was caught when the Schulders went to the authorities with the video who found the woman and threatened to arrest her. She then told them about what Kushner had done.

The president also pardoned former California Republican Rep. Duncan Hunter’s wife, Margaret, a day after he granted a pardon to Duncan Hunter.
