While in detention, Tate informed his associate to share alleged clips from a Bucharest party that have at least one accuser dancing. Tate then states his associate should mention the woman’s kidnapping accusations against him, while presenting the alleged video clips as evidence to the contrary.

On this call, when the associate asks Tate if he wants his accusers “discredited” with a “pull hard” on social media, Tate’s exact response is as follows:  “Yes, screw them.”

Earlier this month, these wiretapped phone calls appeared before Romanian court. Prosecutors, who have since successfully had the court extend Tate’s detention time through most of March, used them as evidence of why Tate should remain in lockup.
