Universe in a Nutshell Apk:
The Stephen Hawking book Universe, in a Nutshell, came out in 2001. In it, Hawking explains the history and principles of modern physics in layman's terms. He seeks to combine Einstein's General Theory of Relativity and Richard Feynman's idea of multiple histories into a seamless theory that describes everything that has happened and will happen in the universe. The app that Kurzgesagt and Tim Urban co-created has a lot of physics in it. But it doesn’t attempt to determine everything that will happen in the future. In his blog, Tim Urban says, “You can seamlessly travel from the smallest things in existence, past the coronavirus, human cells, and dinosaurs to the largest stars and galaxies and marvel at the whole observable universe. You can learn more about each object or simply enjoy the sheer scale of it all.” Urban explains that both he and the Kurzgesagt team got their inspiration for the app from the “scale of the universe” website created by the Huwang Twins a decade ago.The creative team of Kurzgesagt and Time Urban
Kurzgesagt is German for “In a nutshell.“ And they are also a Munich-based YouTube channel and design studio. They engage in information design projects of all kinds using distinctive animation videos. The group is ranked in the top 5 of most-watched YouTube channels. And they “raise awareness” and educate in fields like science, space, technology, biology, history, and philosophy. And physics, of course. According to the website “We want our work to raise awareness for topics from the fields of science, space, technology, biology, history, and philosophy. Our goal is to inspire people to learn – and we believe humor and a good story to tell are just as important as straight facts.” There is a world of Kurzgesagt Videos on YouTube. And a good one to sample is The History and Future of Everything -- Time. Part of the creative team worked on the illustrations and animations. And Tim Urban was working with a group of “written explainers.” Tim Urban is the brain behind the website-blog combo Wait but Why.Putting the Universe in-perspective
This app features a great interface and a lot of information that can be processed visually and in perspective.
