NEW YORK – Continuing its strategic expansion in the finance and restructuring sector, Paul Hastings LLP announced on Monday the addition of an 11-partner team from King & Spalding LLP, including Jennifer Daly, the former co-head of King & Spalding’s global finance and restructuring practice.
Jennifer Daly leads the group, joined by partners Roger Schwartz, Matthew Warren, Christopher Boies, Zachary Cochran, Peter Montoni, Geoffrey King, Lindsey Henrikson, Robert Nussbaum, and James Gallagher. Senior associate Jack Fitzpatrick will also join Paul Hastings as a partner. According to sources, the full contingent moving from King & Spalding could eventually include 15 to 20 attorneys specializing in restructuring, private credit, and special situations.
The new partners will be distributed across various Paul Hastings offices:
- New York: Daly, Schwartz, Boies, Montoni, Nussbaum, Gallagher, and Fitzpatrick
- Chicago: Warren (also working in Houston), King, and Henrikson
- Washington, D.C. and New York: Cochran
