Legal advisory firms Dentons and White & Case LLP played pivotal roles in facilitating the IPO process. The final IPO price settled at $9.50 per global depository receipts (GDRs), enabling Air Astana to extend its reach to investors beyond national borders. Notably, one GDR represented four ordinary shares of the airline.
