Funding Surge Approaches Historic Levels

Anthropic is entertaining offers that would value the Claude maker at more than double its current valuation, according to the report. No agreements have been finalized, and talks remain preliminary.

The company raised $30 billion in February at a $380 billion valuation, marking one of the largest private funding rounds in the AI sector to date. Despite the new wave of interest, Anthropic declined to comment when contacted by Reuters.
