Video monetization giant Uscreen has locked in a $150 million investment from private equity firm PSG, with Buchalter PC advising on the landmark deal. The funding signals a major push to revolutionize the creator economy, giving digital entrepreneurs more control over their content, community, and revenue streams.
Fueling the Creator Economy’s Future
Founded in 2015, Uscreen has become a powerhouse in video monetization, helping creators build profitable businesses outside the constraints of ad-revenue-dependent platforms.
With PSG’s capital infusion, Uscreen plans to supercharge its platform by enhancing mobile and television apps, expanding marketing and community tools, and refining its analytics and monetization features.
“We are excited to partner with PSG at this pivotal moment in Uscreen’s growth,” said PJ Taei, founder and CEO of Uscreen. “Their expertise in scaling software companies will help us innovate our product, enhance creator tools, and empower more video entrepreneurs to achieve long-term financial success.”
