The footage, recently submitted to a federal court in Dallas, purportedly captures the artist using intimidation to secure his release from Gucci Mane’s prestigious 1017 Records.

The incident, which took place at a Texas music studio back in January, has resulted in serious kidnapping and extortion charges against Pooh Shiesty and eight other individuals. Prosecutors allege that the victims were held at gunpoint while the defendants orchestrated a calculated robbery. The court records state that Pooh Shiesty, legally known as Lontrell Williams Jr., produced a physical contract at the studio. He allegedly demanded that the label owner sign the document to finalize his immediate release from his recording obligations. When the man initially resisted, Pooh Shiesty reportedly escalated the situation by pressing an AK style pistol to the victim's head until the document was signed.
