LOS ANGELES — Erika Eleniak is proving that life after Baywatch can be just as lucrative as her Hollywood heyday. The former '90s television star has reportedly earned nearly $300,000 in just three months on OnlyFans. This puts her on track to generate approximately $1 million during her first year on the subscription platform.

Eleniak, 57, who portrayed lifeguard Shauni McClain on the original Baywatch series from 1989 to 1992, launched her OnlyFans account in August 2026. What initially began as an experiment in connecting with longtime fans has developed into a significant new business opportunity.

The reported earnings also represent a new chapter for an actress whose career has spanned television, film and modeling.

Donna Mills and Other Actresses Join Only Fans

OnlyFans is attracting an increasingly recognizable lineup of Hollywood movie and television stars, with performers from different generations finding new ways to connect directly with audiences and generate income outside traditional entertainment contracts. Among the most surprising newcomers is 85-year-old Knots Landing actress Donna Mills, who joined the subscription platform in July 2026.

Mills, best known for playing Abby Cunningham on the popular CBS drama, says she plans to share personal moments, behind-the-scenes memories and glimpses of her everyday life. She has also revealed that the venture has been financially successful, reportedly earning six figures during her first month.

Other established entertainers making the move include: American Pie actress Shannon Elizabeth, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Denise Richards, My Name Is Earl actress Jaime Pressly and Battlestar Galactica star Tricia Helfer. Their participation illustrates how celebrities are increasingly exploring subscription-based platforms to maintain control over their images, content and relationships with fans.

The trend also includes performers who have used OnlyFans to reinvent their careers or supplement their entertainment income.

The Sopranos and Sons of Anarchy actress Drea de Matteo previously credited the platform with helping her address serious financial difficulties, while Carmen Electra has also embraced the subscription model.

Not every celebrity uses the service for adult-oriented material; some focus on exclusive photographs, personal updates, fitness, lifestyle content and direct fan interaction. For veteran performers such as Mills and Eleniak, the platform offers an opportunity to reconnect with audiences who have followed their careers for decades. The growing list of Hollywood names also reflects a changing entertainment industry in which established stars are increasingly willing to bypass traditional studios, networks and talent intermediaries to build independent businesses and decide for themselves what they share with the public.

Eleniak's Only Fans Earnings Exceed Expectations

According to TMZ, Eleniak has generated nearly $300,000 since joining the platform, substantially exceeding the approximately $10,000 per week she was reportedly earning shortly after launching her account.

The outlet previously reported that she had attracted more than 1,100 subscribers.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Eleniak said she initially expected to dislike the experience but quickly discovered that the platform offered something she had not anticipated: a renewed connection with audiences who have followed her career for decades.

"When I first thought about joining OnlyFans, I honestly believed I was going to hate it," Eleniak told Fox News Digital. "But I have to tell you, I absolutely love it."

She said the platform has allowed her to reconnect with people who remember her from projects ranging from E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial to Baywatch, The Beverly Hillbillies and her earlier modeling career.

Eleniak described the experience as emotionally rewarding, saying she feels appreciated and empowered in ways she had not previously experienced.

Former 'Baywatch' Star Embraces a New Career Chapter

Eleniak became one of the original stars of Baywatch, the internationally recognized television drama that helped establish the red-swimsuit lifeguard image as a pop culture phenomenon.

Her portrayal of Shauni McClain helped make her a familiar face to television audiences during the show's early years.

She later appeared in films including Under Siege and The Beverly Hillbillies, building a career that extended beyond the beachside series.

Now, decades after her original television success, Eleniak says she is approaching her public image with greater confidence and independence.

She acknowledged that wearing a swimsuit while filming Baywatch was not always comfortable, particularly during action sequences and running scenes.

However, she said her relationship with her appearance has changed with age.

At 57, she described herself as comfortable in her body and more confident about how she presents herself.

The actress said the difference between her younger years in Hollywood and her current life is her ability to make decisions on her own terms.

Personal Content and Fan Requests Drive Engagement

Eleniak describes her OnlyFans material as personal, playful and unfiltered.

She also revealed that some subscriber requests have surprised her.

One particularly popular category involves foot-related content, something she said she had not expected when launching her account.

"There are a lot of people who like feet," she told Fox News Digital, describing the requests as occasionally unusual but amusing.

She said she has generally received a positive response from subscribers and longtime supporters.

Although she acknowledged that criticism and online trolling are inevitable, Eleniak said she does not allow negative comments to interfere with her experience.

The actress also views the platform as an opportunity for entertainers to exercise greater control over their public images and the material they create.

OnlyFans Stigma Is Changing

OnlyFans has evolved from a subscription-based content platform into a business model used by celebrities, athletes, entertainers and independent creators.

The service allows creators to charge subscribers directly for access to exclusive material.

Eleniak believes public attitudes toward the platform have changed, particularly as more established entertainers explore direct relationships with their audiences.

Modern Fan Club with Sex Appeal

She compared the experience to a modern fan club, where supporters can interact more personally with the people they have followed throughout their careers.

For women who have spent years navigating Hollywood's expectations surrounding appearance and public image, she said having control over their own content can be particularly meaningful.

Eleniak also emphasized that confidence and sex appeal are not simply matters of physical appearance.

She said feeling comfortable with oneself and embracing personal identity are important parts of what makes someone attractive.

Her approach, she explained, is to remain flirtatious while keeping her content classy.

'Baywatch' Reboot Offers Another Hollywood Opportunity

While her OnlyFans business is generating headlines, Eleniak is also preparing for a return to the franchise that helped make her famous.

The actress is scheduled to reprise her role in a guest appearance on Fox's upcoming Baywatch reboot, which is set to premiere Jan. 6, 2027.

Eleniak said she is enthusiastic about returning to the series and hopes the revival will receive additional seasons.

She also expressed interest in having a more regular role if the reboot continues beyond its initial run.

For the actress, returning to Baywatch represents an opportunity to reconnect with a television legacy that remains recognizable to audiences around the world.

The original series became an international entertainment phenomenon, and its enduring popularity has kept former cast members connected to the franchise long after their initial appearances.

Eleniak said she believes the show still has the ability to provide the same sense of entertainment and escapism that made it popular decades ago.

A Different Kind of Hollywood Comeback

Eleniak's reported financial success on OnlyFans and her upcoming television appearance demonstrate how established entertainers can find new opportunities outside traditional Hollywood career paths.

Rather than relying exclusively on conventional film and television roles, she is building a direct relationship with her audience while preparing to return to one of her most recognizable characters.

Her experience also reflects a broader shift in the entertainment industry, where established performers increasingly have opportunities to monetize their personal brands independently.

For Eleniak, the transition appears to be about more than reported earnings.

She says the experience has brought renewed confidence, appreciation from longtime supporters and excitement about the next phase of her career.

After decades in the entertainment business, the former Baywatch star is finding success through a platform she once expected to dislike.

And with a return to television approaching, Eleniak appears to be enjoying a second act that is very much on her own terms.
