The incident occurred late at night on March 7, 2025, at the Tesla dealership located at 1690 Loveland Avenue. According to eyewitness accounts and initial police reports, Frederick allegedly ignited and hurled an incendiary device between two parked Tesla vehicles, triggering a fire that posed a serious threat to several people who were inside the dealership cleaning at the time. • Criminal Attempt to Commit a Felony, a Class 6 felony, punishable by up to 18 months in prison.
