According to AG Shapiro, the drug dealers are connected to the Dragon Heroine Pipeline, a major narcotics ring operating in Blair and Cambria Counties. The narcotics ring sold a huge amount of heroin and cocaine in Blair and Cambria Counties.

Last year, the AG and Blair County District Attorney’s Office shut down the operations of the narcotics ring after arresting 16 drug dealers. The Drafon Heroine Pipeline’s ringleader, Damon “Fat Cat” Devine was among those arrested last year.

Devine  along with most of his fellow drug dealers are currently in prison and awaiting trial.  In April, one of the drug dealers, Barbara Tyler, pleaded guilty to dealing and criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and other charger. Tyler received a sentence of 49 t0 120 months in jail.

Pennsylvania will not stop going after drug dealers

In a statement, AG Shapiro said, “This investigation involved dealers who transported large amounts of heroin and cocaine from Philadelphia to Altoona and Johnstown.”
