An Overview of The Resistance and President Trump’s Statements
Since the inception of Trump’s time in office, a segment of Americans have vowed to oppose his policies, behavior, and Presidency. This group furthermore branded themselves as “The Resistance.” Conservatives and Trump supporters alike have criticized the left-leaning opposition and dismissed them as obstructionists who detest America.
The Resistance and their allies are not backing down, however. According to many on the left, they oppose Trump because of their love for America. Ultimately, both sides each have their own notions of President Trump, his policies, and the direction in which the country is headed.
