• Palm Springs, Jupiter, and Wellington: These communities generally allow for one flagpole per residential property, with a limit of two flags flying at once.

• Palm Beach Gardens: Here, the rules allow for up to three flagpoles on a single property, with a restriction of one flag per pole.

Perhaps most interestingly, several major cities, including West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and Riviera Beach, have no mention of flag restrictions within their municipal codes. In these areas, residents are largely free to display their patriotism as they see fit, provided they do not violate other local nuisance or safety ordinances.
