Willowbrook mall stabbing: Authorities have reported that on Saturday night, five suspects were pursued by the police after a stabbing occurred in the food court of Willowbrook Mall.
Around 6:30 p.m. on March 4th, the victim, a male who had been stabbed in the leg, was transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center by responders.
Neighboring police forces joined forces with local township officers who were aided by vigilant residents, in pursuit of suspects seen escaping on foot down Riverside Drive toward Riverlawn Drive.
Authorities did not provide details about the age of the suspects who were apprehended and it remains unclear whether they were minors or adults. Officials are expected to release more information on the incident later on Saturday or early Sunday.
