Harrisburg, PA— Anthony C. DeCusatis, an attorney with over four decades of experience in representing utilities companies and energy suppliers in regulatory and transactional matters, has returned from retirement to join Post & Schell PC’s central Pennsylvania office. His appointment as counsel in the firm’s energy and utilities practice group was announced Friday.

“Post & Schell offered me the chance to carry on my practice with an exceptional group of lawyers who are highly focused on energy and utility regulation issues,” DeCusatis noted. “This is a pivotal period for the energy and utility sectors, with transformative changes happening in technical, structural, and legal aspects.”
