Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B has announced that she will not be performing at the One Music Fest in Atlanta this weekend. The 32-year-old artist shared the news on social media, revealing that she has been recovering from a recent health emergency. Though Cardi did not disclose the exact nature of the issue, it was serious enough to cause her hospitalization.

"I am heartbroken to let you know that I won’t be able to perform at ONE Music Fest," she wrote to her fans. "I’ve spent the last few days in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency. I was really looking forward to seeing you all this weekend."

Cardi continued by thanking her fanbase for their understanding and assured them she would be back soon. "I promise you, I’ll come back stronger and better. Love you all," she concluded.

Before her hospitalization, Cardi was spotted at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Brooklyn, New York, on October 15. The news of her health setback surprised many of her followers, especially since the rapper had remained active in public events leading up to this announcement.

Cardi B's Alleged CPS Incident

In addition to her health concerns, Cardi B recently faced a disturbing situation involving Child Protective Services (CPS). During an Instagram Live session, she claimed that a prank call had led to CPS visiting her home. They came with accusations that her children were being abused.

The rapper, who shares three children with her estranged husband Offset, expressed her anger over the situation. Cardi explained that police and CPS arrived at her home late at night, which she found deeply unsettling. "Someone made an anonymous call that my kids were being beaten. This kind of prank has crossed the line," she stated.

Cardi Promises Legal Action

Cardi did not hold back her emotions, vowing to take legal action against those responsible for the false report. She also pointed out the racial undertones of the situation, noting that her family is one of the few families of color in her neighborhood.

"Don't ever play with my motherhood or my ex-husband's fatherhood," she said firmly. Cardi emphasized that she and Offset have always taken excellent care of their children and that physical discipline has never been part of their parenting.
