According to a January 1 arrest warrant affidavit, a third suspect has been charged with the August homicide of Chin “Jin” Shin, 43. The Ft Worth murder was allegedly the result of a “fender bender.”

Shin was a popular and well-known part of the North Texas Asian community. Shin owned Encore Family Karaoke and co-owned Dallas-based  DanSungSa Korean restaurant.  His friends and family have been frustrated at what they claim has been a very slow investigation by Ft. Worth police.

On Sunday Quamon White, 30, of Fort Worth, was booked into Tarrant County jail. And bail was set at $100,000. This is the third man to be charged in the death of Shin.

Markynn West, 29, was arrested in September and charged with one count of murder.  Kameron Taylor, 28, was arrested in December. And he was also charged with one count of murder. Both men have been released on bond.
