they did find Weinstein guilty of rape and sexual assault of a victim known as Jane Doe 1, however remains deadlocked on decisions for two of Weinstein’s other accusers. Jurors were interviewed after the trial, with one juror having the following to say regarding the undecided counts:

“Everybody seemed very believable — it’s just hard to prove all it through time and memory, and it’s their word against, you know, it’s just their word,” Jay said. “And then you look at everything else that transpired, all of the actions afterward and sometimes before, and so you just try to put it all together.”

One of the victims attorneys hired a jury consulting firm from Magna Legal Services to assist with the trial. One of the partners for the firm, Mark Calzaretta, believes that without physical evidence, the jurors may judge the victims who did not received a decision, “
