A North Dakota telecommunications firm just landed a deal so large it dwarfs the GDP of some small nations. The U.S. Navy has awarded Integrity Technologies Corp. a contract worth $55 billion, tasking the company with supporting military and federal operations as they take root and expand across the United States and its outlying territories, the agency announced.

The Scope and Timeline

Work under the agreement kicks off this month, with an initial completion target of December 2029. But the deal isn't necessarily capped there — the Navy said it could be extended out to December 2034, a stretch that would push the contract's total estimated value up to $65 billion, turning a massive award into a genuinely staggering one.

What Integrity Technologies Will Deliver

The North Dakota-based company isn't just laying cable or managing phone lines. Its responsibilities span both water- and land-based support for humanitarian assistance and disaster relief missions, alongside a logistics role that includes helping the military and other federal agencies stand up lodging and operational infrastructure wherever they're needed — the kind of behind-the-scenes groundwork that keeps larger missions running smoothly.

A Competitive Field

The award didn't happen in a vacuum. The Navy said the contract was granted following a competitive bidding process that drew a crowded field of interest — 36 separate offers submitted by companies vying for a piece of one of the year's largest federal contracts.
