LOS ANGELES, Calif. - A new federal lawsuit against online fashion retailer Revolve Group, Inc. has surfaced in California, raising questions about the company's potential legal exposure.

The action, McLaughlin v. Revolve Group, Inc., Case No. 2:26-cv-13033, was filed Friday, November 6, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

According to the federal court docket listing, the case is categorized as an other-personal-injury lawsuit invoking diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332.

The litigation involves alleged injuries connected to Revolve's products and business activities.

That establishes that a class action complaint has been filed in the court records. It does not mean a judge has certified a class, found wrongdoing, or determined that Revolve bears liability.

USA Herald's review of additional court records uncovered something potentially more significant than the McLaughlin filing alone.

Between November 3 and November 6, at least six federal cases naming Revolve Group appeared in the Central District of California's filing records, including Levin, Baltazar, Johnson, Boyd, and McLaughlin. Several carry personal-injury classifications, while another is categorized as a contract dispute.

For the McLaughlin action to proceed on a class basis, the plaintiffs would ordinarily need to satisfy Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, including requirements addressing common legal or factual questions and adequate representation.

For now, the most consequential unanswered question is whether these newly filed cases concern separate grievances or share factual allegations that could expose Revolve to a broader legal challenge.
