YouTuber Rosanna Pansino, who has been investigating MrBeast for months, recently reported him to the FBI. This comes after a lawsuit was filed against the billionaire YouTuber regarding his Prime Video game show, Beast Games, and criticism over his Lunchly endeavors. MrBeast has also faced backlash for an alleged toxic work environment, revealed by a former employee who turned whistleblower.

MrBeast And Rosanna Pansino

Trouble between YouTubers Rosanna Pansino and MrBeast began last year when Pansino called out MrBeast, named Jimmy Donaldson, for allegedly rigging a YouTube game show. The show was supposed to be a giant game of hide-and-seek featuring big names on the platform, like Logan Paul and Rosanna herself. She claims she was in the top three before being eliminated, but the final footage was edited to make it seem like she was out of the game much earlier.

Later, members of the Amazon hosted game show, Beast Games, and reached out to Pansino to talk about their experiences on the survival show. The series, which is still filming, was supposed to resemble shows like Squid Games and Survival. It would have contestants completing complex tasks that are usually physically demanding. The contestants were alleging that they were mistreated, inhumanely, and deprived of basic needs like medical care and period products. The contestants also alleged that they were lied to about the amount of competition they had. Instead of 1,000 total contestants, there were 2,000. They later filed a lawsuit against MrBeast and Amazon.

Once Pansino began covering this, she became aware of the allegations of a toxic work environment in Donaldson's company. With the help of an employee whistleblower, she obtained an employee handbook that supported the claims of toxicity and a hostile work environment.

Pansino Reports To The FBI

After months of collecting anecdotal evidence against Donaldson, Pansino came into possession of screenshots and a screen recording that scrolled a MrBeast Slack channel. Slack is similar to Discord but is mainly used by businesses. The Slack messages were disturbing and allegedly included an inappropriate photo of a minor. This comes after one of Donaldson's high-ranking employees was let go after allegations that she groomed a minor.

Aside from that content, the channel was filled with racism, the use of slurs, inappropriate jokes about minors, jokes about school shootings, and other highly concerning things. While Donaldson's Slack account never said his name, the former employee confirmed that his screen name is "John Smith" in the messages. This is also further confirmed by the content of the messages themselves. The "John Smith" character often refers to himself as MrBeast or Jimmy, directly or indirectly.

On October 27th, Pansino posted to her official X account, saying, "I have reported what I found and my concerns to the authorities. " She then tagged the official FBI X account. Pansino continued, "Hopefully, they will look into these MrBeast Telegram Company Chats Logs and other concerns." She also tagged the YouTube X account and the YouTube Teams account and hashtagged MrBeast.

Donaldson and the MrBeast brand have yet to respond to these allegations or Pansino to report him to the FBI.
