Reality TV star Savannah Chrisley is preparing for a new chapter filled with love, motherhood and marriage. The Chrisley Knows Best alum announced Tuesday, Oct. 27, that she is expecting her first child with her fiancé, Jason, revealing a relationship that she had previously kept largely out of the public eye.

The 29-year-old shared the news during an episode of her Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley podcast titled “I’m Pregnant” and in an emotional Instagram video featuring ultrasound images, intimate moments with her partner and a glimpse of her growing baby bump.

For Chrisley, the announcement represents more than a pregnancy. After years marked by heartbreak, uncertainty and family struggles, she says she has found the lasting love she once wondered whether she would ever experience.

Savannah Chrisley Shares Emotional Pregnancy Announcement

Chrisley accompanied her Instagram video with a deeply personal message about the difficult road that led her to this moment.

“I’ve prayed for this life. I’ve cried for this life. And there were moments I truly wondered if this life would ever be mine,” she wrote.

Reflecting on the past several years, the reality television personality described enduring painful experiences that tested her emotionally and left her questioning what the future might hold.

“The past few years have taken me through fires I never imagined I’d have to walk through,” Chrisley wrote, recalling seasons of heartbreak and loss when she struggled to imagine reaching a happier place. She also questioned whether she would ever find a permanent partner with whom she could feel completely secure.

Then, she said, Jason entered her life.

Chrisley described her fiancé as her protector, strongest supporter and most loyal companion. She also praised his ability to make her laugh, even on difficult days, and said their relationship had restored a sense of peace and fulfillment she had not experienced in a long time.

For the first time in years, she explained, she feels safe enough to relax and look forward to the future.

“And just when I thought my heart couldn’t hold any more love, God gave us our sweetest blessing yet… we’re having a BABY!” she announced.

Her Fiancé Is Already Embracing Fatherhood

Chrisley also praised Jason for the care he has shown her throughout the pregnancy, emphasizing that his commitment to their unborn child has deepened her feelings for him.

She said he has not missed a single doctor's appointment and regularly checks on her, talks about their baby and reassures her that her growing bump is beautiful.

Watching him love and protect their child before the baby has even arrived has made her fall for him in an entirely new way, she added.

Chrisley expressed gratitude that their child will have Jason as a father, describing him as a steady and loving presence throughout this new chapter.

“I once prayed just to make it through another day. Now I get to spend forever with the love of my life, carrying a little miracle we already love more than words,” she wrote.

She closed her message by reflecting on her transformation from heartbreak to healing and from simply surviving difficult circumstances to building a family.

“Only God could have written this story,” she added, looking ahead to a future with Jason and their baby.

Ultrasound Photos, Baby Clothes and a ‘Half Baked’ Reveal

The Instagram announcement offered more than words. The video showed Chrisley holding several ultrasound pictures before transitioning to affectionate footage of the couple kissing while she sat on a kitchen island with a hand resting on her bare belly.

Other scenes revealed a carefully arranged collection of baby-themed items, including a blanket displaying ultrasound photos, a tiny onesie, white booties, a stuffed rabbit, the children's book Guess How Much I Love and a cake decorated with the word “Baby.”

The montage also featured a baking tray dusted with icing sugar and a cookie bearing the words “Half Baked,” written into the sugar with a finger.

In another tender moment, Chrisley and Jason placed their hands on her baby bump. Although she revealed his first name, the video continued to conceal his face, preserving some of the privacy she has maintained around their relationship.

The announcement marked a significant shift for Chrisley, who had previously declined to identify her partner publicly.

Savannah Previously Promised to Keep Her Relationship Private

During a May episode of her podcast, Chrisley spoke about being in a new relationship but indicated that she might wait until after her wedding before revealing her partner's identity.

“I am dating someone. I am extremely happy and extremely fulfilled in life,” she said during the May 19 episode.

She described her circumstances at the time as resembling the life she had always hoped for but once believed might never become possible.

Chrisley also explained that her partner deserved privacy, suggesting that the public might not learn who he was until after their marriage.

That promise has now given way to a more personal introduction. In the latest episode of her podcast, she identified her fiancé as Jason and shared details about how their relationship developed.

According to Chrisley, the pair have been together since July 2025. She described their romance as a “dream relationship,” offering listeners a glimpse into the partnership that has become the foundation of their growing family.

A Proposal in the Cayman Islands

Jason proposed in December 2025, about five months after the couple began dating. Chrisley said the engagement took place while they were in the Cayman Islands, turning their romantic getaway into a milestone she had long hoped to experience.

She was particularly enthusiastic about the engagement ring, describing it as extraordinary and saying it matched everything she had ever wanted.

Chrisley also acknowledged that the couple have a substantial age difference, calling their age gap “huge.”

However, she made clear that the number of years two people spend together matters less to her than the quality of those years.

“I have always said I would rather 20 phenomenal years with someone than 50 ‘meh’ years with someone,” she explained.

Her comments suggest that the connection she has found with Jason carries more weight for her than conventional expectations about relationships.

Politics Played a Role in Their First Connection

Chrisley revealed that she and Jason first crossed paths through the world of politics, at a time when her attention was heavily focused on fighting for her parents.

She had been campaigning for the release of Todd and Julie Chrisley, who were serving prison sentences for financial crimes. Their situation changed in May 2025, when President Donald Trump granted them a full presidential pardon after they had spent more than two years behind bars.

Following the pardon, Jason contacted Savannah by text message.

During her podcast, Chrisley read the message he sent on June 1, congratulating her on her efforts on behalf of her family and praising her determination.

“Hey Savannah, it’s just incredible what you did for your family, you never stopped, fearless person. Congratulations,” she recalled.

She admitted that she initially overlooked the message and did not respond until nine days later. Once they began communicating, however, their exchange developed into a relationship that she now describes as a dream come true.

Chrisley also revealed that she thought Jason was “gorgeous” when she first saw him.

The connection came during a demanding period in her life, when she was publicly advocating for her parents and working to secure their freedom. What began with a message of congratulations eventually became a romance, an engagement and now the anticipation of their first child together.

A New Chapter After Years of Family Struggles

Chrisley's pregnancy announcement arrives after a turbulent period for her family, much of which has played out in the public eye.

Todd and Julie Chrisley were convicted of financial crimes and spent more than two years in prison before receiving their presidential pardon in May 2025. Savannah had been vocal in her efforts to secure their release, making their case a major focus of her public life.

Now, she is preparing for a milestone of her own.

The pregnancy and engagement bring together two major life changes, with Chrisley describing Jason as the person who has helped her move beyond painful experiences and imagine a happier future.

Her announcement paints a picture of a woman who believes she has found both emotional security and the family life she once feared might remain out of reach.

As she prepares to become a mother for the first time, Chrisley appears determined to celebrate the joy of the moment while keeping certain details of her relationship private.

The couple have not revealed further details about the baby, including the child's sex or expected arrival date.

For now, Chrisley's message is clear: after years of praying for a different future, she believes that future is finally taking shape — with a fiancé by her side and a baby on the way.
