Users are prohibited from creating AIs that impersonate living public figures or political individuals without their permission. Additionally, the company’s policies prevent the creation of AIs that infringe on intellectual property rights or violate someone’s rights in any way.
Users are free to create AI versions of themselves. They can also enable “AI replies” in their DMs, allowing automated responses designed to mimic the creator’s style. Unlike Meta’s character AIs, these creator-made AI replies allow creators to see the messages sent to their inbox, even if the response is automated.
