Peer is asking the court for a permanent injunction to block Apple from continuing the alleged infringement, along with unspecified monetary damages.
Neither Apple nor counsel for Peer immediately responded to requests for comment late Friday.
The patents at issue are U.S. Patent Nos. 11,137,878; 11,650,712; and 11,966,559.
