Nebius Strengthens AI Ecosystem
Nebius Group, headquartered in Amsterdam and the parent company of Avride, is a major technology player developing full-stack infrastructure for artificial intelligence industries. The Dutch firm made waves in September when it announced plans to raise up to $3 billion to fuel its global growth, following a multibillion-dollar partnership with Microsoft.
“We’re delighted to welcome Uber as a strategic investor that shares Avride’s vision and will enable the company to move further and faster in pioneering AI-driven autonomous transportation,” said Arkady Volozh, Nebius founder and CEO.
Accelerating the Road to Autonomous Reality
With Uber’s industry reach and Nebius’ AI infrastructure, Avride’s $375 million boost positions it at the forefront of a transportation revolution where machine learning meets mobility. The collaboration could help transform city streets into living testbeds for innovation, bridging the gap between science fiction and daily commuting.
Legal counsel details for the involved parties were not immediately disclosed on Wednesday.
As Avride prepares to roll out its robotaxis and expand its AI-driven delivery fleet, its latest partnership may mark one of the most significant accelerations yet in the race toward fully autonomous transportation.
