Broadcom is confident that Samsung’s allegations, which have already been addressed by Korean regulators resulting in a fine, will not hold up in U.S. courts. The company maintains that the agreement did not harm competition and that Samsung retained the freedom to source components from other suppliers.
Samsung has yet to comment on Broadcom’s motion.
