Wang’s behavior towards tenants has been described as deeply disturbing, involving aggressive confrontations, harassment, and threats designed to intimidate and evict residents unlawfully. Eyewitness accounts from multiple tenants detail frightening encounters: Wang screaming abusive and threatening language, banging violently on apartment doors, and physically attempting to force entry while tenants barricaded themselves inside out of fear.
