Judge Kreis faces additional allegations, including being under the influence while on a boat and at a public event and frequent cocaine use before becoming a judge. He denies these allegations, as well as others such as engaging in a romantic relationship with the court’s family law facilitator.
Counsel for both the commission and Judge Kreis did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
