These concerns and greased palms are coming to light as the Biden administration’s lawyers have needed to reach out multiple times to family members of the President and Vice President. Multiple family members are part of ongoing investigations to determine if they profited off the name, likeness, and position of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
Currently, the Biden legal team is drawing up additional restrictions and rules regarding the emoluments clause and how family ventures will be handled.
The amount of D.C. families that seem to directly benefit and reroute campaign money for personal gain is growing. What is more concerning, however, is that these are the same people who continue to lecture on equity, equal pay, and pledge they understand the average working American’s struggle.
