Across the board, however, voters are much less split on how Harris vs. Trump would handle an election loss. 77% agree the vice president would concede if she fails to make it across the finish line early next month. However, 65% of Americans feel Trump would not concede yet another electoral loss.
Right now, polls show Harris and Trump virtually deadlocked and certainly within the margin of error. By all accounts, this year’s presidential race is very unlikely to be a landslide for either contender. Swing states like North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona each hold pivotal electoral votes that will make or break either candidate.
Across the country, millions of Americans have already cast their ballots for the White House election and other down ballot races. Others will vote early later this week or wait for Election Day on November 5.
