Doe alleges that McGregor, appearing intoxicated, forcibly tried to engage in sexual acts without her consent. She further states that when she attempted to escape, McGregor physically restrained her, slamming her against the bathroom wall. The lawsuit claims that Doe was eventually able to leave the bathroom and the arena.

The suit seeks damages for past and future medical treatment, compensatory damages, and other relief, while also accusing the Kaseya Center of gross negligence for overserving McGregor alcohol and failing to ensure the safety of its patrons.

Representatives for McGregor, the Miami Heat, and Doe have yet to respond to requests for comment.
