A lab determined that the DNA from the trash was the father of the person who left DNA on the sheath of the missing knife.

A shoe print believed to be the suspect was also found outside one of the survivors’ rooms.

Tracking Kohberger’s phone

The suspect’s phone shows it was near the victims’ house at least 12 times in the months before the murders. Each of those times, with one exception, was late night or early morning.

Kohberger’s phone was tracked from cell phone towers. It was shown heading to Moscow before the attack. And there was a video of the white Elantra returning to Pullman.

On the night of the murders, the phone was off from 2:47 a.m. to 4:48 a.m. The documents claim that this “is consistent with Kohberger attempting to conceal his location during the quadruple homicide.”

The morning after the murders, he returned near to the murder house between 9:12 a.m. and 9:21 a.m. according to cellphone data.
