According to the Bureau of Prisons’ website, Love is currently in custody at the Metropolitan Correction Center in San Diego.

Interestingly, counsel for the government refrained from commenting on the presentencing verdict. Counsel for Love remained elusive and did not immediately respond to inquiries.
The government is represented by Fred A. Sheppard, Shane P. Harrigan, and Mark Rehe of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California. Love is representing himself and is also under the legal guidance of John Balazs from the Law Office of John Balazs.
