The complaint includes allegations of further incidents between 2013 and 2014, when Combs’ security detail allegedly surrounded and threatened Burrowes in New York City. The document also references an incident at a 2019 Diana Ross birthday celebration, where Combs is accused of inappropriately touching Burrowes.
Burrowes has requested a jury trial and seeks financial compensation for “the physical, emotional, and financial devastation inflicted upon him.” His lawsuit emphasizes what he describes as a “history and propensity for violence” by Combs.
