Pattern of Delays and Discovery Missteps

The sanctions request also accuses the former defense team of “repeated dilatory discovery tactics.” Among the alleged missteps: failing to conduct a sufficient search of Reid’s records, neglecting to instruct him not to delete evidence, and accepting a subpoena for Gamma Media Holdings LLC without proper authorization.

These failures, Dixon’s attorneys claim, have hampered their ability to move the case forward and unfairly prolonged proceedings.

Both Reid’s new counsel and Dixon’s legal team declined to comment on the latest filing.
