Weinstein’s legal fate remains unsettled. With the Jessica Mann charge still unresolved, the court may consider a third trial or dismissing the deadlocked charge depending on further motions and discussions between prosecutors and defense.
The prosecution team, led by Nicole Blumberg, Shannon Lucey, and Matthew Colangelo of the New York County District Attorney’s Office, has not yet commented on future plans.
