PA Consulting CEO Christian Norris said the merger will allow the unified firm to “deliver even greater impact as one global company.” Norris added that leveraging PA’s brand and innovation expertise will position the company to tackle the broadest spectrum of client challenges.

Transaction Structure and Advisory Teams

The acquisition is expected to close by the end of Jacobs’ fiscal 2026 second quarter. It will primarily be implemented through a U.K. Scheme of Arrangement and is contingent upon customary regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Centerview Partners LLC and Perella Weinberg Partners LP served as financial advisers to Jacobs, while Goldman Sachs advised PA Consulting.
