SEC and Counsel Tight-Lipped After Order
The SEC declined to comment Friday. Counsel for Tadrus in the criminal case did not immediately respond to inquiries.

Tadrus is representing himself in the civil SEC matter and is represented criminally by Allegra Glashausser of the Federal Defenders of New York Inc.
