Legal Reactions and What’s Next
Jonathan Tickner, head of fraud and disputes at Peters & Peters Solicitors LLP, who represented Lynx Golf, hailed the ruling as a vindication.
“Lynx Golf feels fully vindicated,” said Tickner. “The court’s detailed findings reaffirm our client’s pursuit of integrity and accountability.”
The final financial penalties will be determined in subsequent hearings, where Woolgar’s total liabilities—and any offsets from his minor victory—will be fully calculated.
Woolgar, who represented himself, has not responded to requests for comment.
