The KKR $4.6B middle-market fund received backing from a wide range of global investors, including public pensions, family offices, and insurance companies. The Debevoise team that advised KKR on the fund was led by investment management partners Andrew Ford and Yana Mereminsky, with tax partner Stephen Jordan.
