Nexus currently manages $3.2 billion in capital across its funds and has invested in more than 130 companies, achieving over 30 exits, including several initial public offerings. Its past bets include rising startups such as Avoca, Giga, TensorWave and Firecrawl, as well as established players like Postman, Fingerprint, MinIO and Zepto.

Legal counsel for the fund formation was not immediately available Thursday.
