“The devastation caused by Norfolk Southern is unlike anything we’ve seen,” Conlin said. “These businesses deserve swift justice, and we won’t let the company delay their rightful claims any longer.”
Norfolk Southern has yet to comment on the new lawsuits, and its legal representation has not been immediately made available for comment.
