Hunter Biden’s defense team has filed a motion in limine to prevent potentially prejudicial information from being presented to the jury.
They seek to exclude references to his child support case in Arkansas and his discharge from the Navy, arguing these details could unfairly bias the jury. The child support case involves a daughter he fathered with Lunden Roberts, a former stripper and high-school basketball star. it remains unclear whether President Biden has met his granddaughter.
The defense acknowledges that some evidence, such as purported drug purchases, ATM withdrawals, and the gun purchase itself, may be relevant.
However, they argue that references to money spent on “adult entertainment, online chat rooms, or escort services” should not be considered, as they are not pertinent to the charges.
