San Diego Unified School District tells teachers ‘you are racist’ in ‘white privilege’ training

The change was made following data reports that ethnic minority students were performing worse than white students grade-wise.

“We are a majority-minority district with a majority white teacher workforce. The ability to hold honest conversations about race with grace is important, which is why we offered the training and why so many teachers elected to enroll,” said a district spokesperson.

For many conservatives, the growing influence of such training has been a great cause of concern. Primarily due to the fact that ‘antiracist’ training is antithetical to American values centered on the individual and not the identity of one’s group.
