Sculptor Says Strategy Offers Returns With Less Volatility
Steven Orbuch, founder and president of Sculptor Real Estate, said the sustained interest in the firm’s approach stems from its ability to generate “attractive income and total returns” while maintaining lower volatility and reduced macroeconomic correlation.
“For more than 20 years, we have shown that our expertise and experience investing in nontraditional real estate provides attractive income and total returns with less macro correlation and lower volatility,” Orbuch said in the statement.
